Capital Campaign: $2.665 Million
Our Campaign began formally in January 2010, and has been generously supported by our full time and part time community. We are asking our visitors each week to help, but the faster our pledges are fufilled, the less we will pay in financing costs as we move into construction.
A Sound Financial Plan
After three years of careful planning, which included an extensive parish survey, real estate evaluations, gathering of demographic data, consultation with the architect and concurrent input from parishioners, the Development Committee arrived at a plan to meet the parish's needs for the present and the future. The estimates on this page represent costs to carry out this plan. Please note that the total project at its inception was already 60% funded, and we need to raise only $2.665 Million to complete it. (Like all plans this is subject to adjustment as the actual development and construction costs become apparent. )

Construction began in spring of 2011, and we anticipate completion of the St Mary renovation in December 2011, and the opening of the new Our Lady of Peace in summer 2012.
