How do I know when i'm scheduled?

Each scheduling cycle, you will receive an email with every date you are scheduled to serve. You can also view your personal scheduler by logging into there.

I'm scheduled but can no longer be there. What should I do?

You can log in to the web terminal, select the date you can not make it and request a substitute.

How Does It Work?

Each minister puts in their own availably for each scheduling cycle. Later if they need to request a sub, or can fill in as a sub they can do so through the website or app on their phone.
